If you are involved in the day-to-day operational running of your church (paid staff, clergy or volunteer) - you play a key role in your community. Whether you're on staff at your church or charity, a team leader, or just passionate about helping things run smoothly behind the scenes — this day of shared learning is for you. We'll explore the heart behind church operations and get practical with tools, systems and principles that help create a strong foundation for everything we do.
