The Youth Outreach Pastor (St Luke’s) will lead on developing and implementing a strategic approach to youth outreach in the local area around Gas Street St Luke’s. This will include exploring opportunities for detached youth work and other outreach initiatives, with the aim of meaningfully engaging young people and helping them take steps closer to Jesus.

The Discipleship Pastor has spiritual and pastoral oversight of our discipleship initiatives across communities and other intentional strategies. They will develop a proactive strategy to ensure that congregations across locations are assimilated, discipled, and developed into leadership and the way of Jesus. This position is open to ordained clergy only.

This is a foundational and influential role within a pioneering church plant.
